Biography
Heng Chen obtained his Master degree in Applied Computer Science in 2008 from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Since then, he has been working at Department of Electronics and Informatics (ETRO), Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium as a research engineer. He was involved in various research projects in the areas of image compression and video coding techniques. His research interests are perceptual / lossy-to-lossless image and video coding and multimedia technologies.
